Final CV content is reviewed before being returned to you.You should not send information that you do not want used as part of the CV review or rewrite process.6. Lawful basis for using your informationWe use your personal information because it is necessary to respond to your enquiry and provide the service you have requested.Where we need to keep basic records for tax, accounting or legal reasons, we do so because we have a legal obligation or a legitimate business interest.7. How long we keep your informationEnquiry information will normally be kept for up to 12 months.CVs and completed CV work will normally be kept for up to 6 months after the service has been completed, unless you ask for them to be deleted sooner.Basic transaction records may be kept for up to 6 years where required for tax, accounting or legal purposes.You can request deletion of your CV or personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. PaymentsIf you purchase a CV service, payment may be handled by Stripe or another secure payment provider.If you purchase a digital template or download, payment and delivery may be handled by Payhip.Next Role CV does not store your full card details.10. RevisionsFor paid CV rewrite and CV + Cover Letter services, one reasonable revision is included if requested within 7 days of the completed work being sent.A revision means reasonable amendments to wording, layout or emphasis based on the original information provided.A revision does not include creating a completely new CV for a different career direction, rewriting around a new job advert, or adding large amounts of new information that were not provided at the start.Additional revisions or major changes may be charged separately.7. PaymentsPayments may be processed through Stripe, Payhip or another secure payment provider.Next Role CV does not store your full card details.Prices will be shown on the website or payment page at the time of purchase.8. Cancellations and refunds for CV servicesYou may cancel your order before work has started and receive a refund.Once work has started on a CV review, CV rewrite or cover letter service, refunds may not be available unless Next Role CV is unable to provide the agreed service.By purchasing a service and sending the information needed to begin work, you agree that work may start before the end of any standard cancellation period.If you cancel after work has started, Next Role CV may deduct a reasonable amount for work already completed.9. Digital templates and downloadsDigital templates and downloads may be provided through Payhip or another digital product platform.Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not normally available once a template or digital download has been accessed, downloaded or delivered, unless the product is faulty or not as described.Before purchasing a digital product, please check that it is suitable for your needs.10. Use of AI toolsAI tools may be used to support wording, structure, grammar, formatting and clarity.AI tools are used as a support tool only. Final content is reviewed before being returned to you.You remain responsible for checking that the final CV, cover letter or document is accurate and suitable before using it.11. Customer responsibilitiesYou agree to:• provide accurate and relevant information
• check all completed documents before using them
• respond to reasonable requests for clarification
